The Disaster Resistant California Community Colleges Task Force with support from the California Emergency Management Agency has published this Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) model to assist college and district personnel in the creation and maintenance of an EOP that is consistent with state and Federal guidelines.
This EOP model provides tools that will empower campuses to create a useful plan. Starting with FEMA recommendations and model EOPs from across the state, the editors amassed best practices into a clear and comprehensive plan that can be personalized to fit the specific needs of each district.
ToucanEd provided a variety of developmental services for this project including editing, layout, and design, and video production of the Pandemic Education and Prevention for California Community Colleges video.
“I am continually impressed by ToucanEd’s creativity and high quality of work. Furthermore, they understand the complexities of working with a government agency. No matter the challenge, they have always amazed me with their commitment to excellence.”
