Some browser software and/or operating systems will not allow the appropriate application to launch your choosen link. In order to open the links, follow the directions listed below.

1. Find and open the CPCA EOP Resource CD-ROM on your computer.
   • Windows: The CD-ROM can be found by double-clicking on the "My Computer" icon found on the desktop. Then right-click on the Resources CD-ROM and select open.
   • Macintosh: The CD-ROM can be found on your desktop. Double-click on the Resources CD-ROM to open.
2. Locate and open the folder named Resources.
3. Locate and open the folder of your choice.
4. Double-click to open your choosen file.

You must have the appropriate application to be able to view and print your choosen file.
